Hi,

we are using aerospike in our test environment and unfortunately we have lost some data. Is there a way to restore the data ? we have not backup any data at the moment.

Thanks

Depends on how the data was lost.

The only thing remotely close to a “restore” is cold starting and hope some records come back (see [Issues with cold-start resurrecting deleted records](https://discuss.aerospike.com/t/issues-with-cold-start-resurrecting-deleted-records/3930)). In this case, you’re deliberately trying to make this happen, instead of preventing it.

If you’re using non-persistent storage (in-memory only), then there’s nothing to recover from.
