[Aerospike Ruby client version 2.23.0](https://download.aerospike.com/download/client/ruby/notes.html#2.23.0)was released on October 25, 2022.

- Notice: This version of the client only supports Aerospike Server v4.9 and later. Some features will work for the older server versions, but they are not tested, nor officially supported.
- Debian 9 [Stretch LTS](https://wiki.debian.org/LTS/Stretch) has reached its End of Life on June 30 2022. We will drop support for Debian 9 in an upcoming client release.
