We are seeing following entries in the logs of atleast 5 servers at different point of time.
as_hb_tcp_send cf_socket_sendto() fd XXXX failed
What would cause these errors in the server log.

I don’t have a lot to go on, but I believe that the issue might be one node having problems sending a heartbeat message to another node in the cluster.
You might want to check with the network admins to find out if there were any network issues at the time of these messages.
