Asmonitor Info shows duplicated items for cluster nodes with multiple NICs

#1

I have two nodes as mesh Cluster with Aerospike 3.3.12. Each node has multiple NICs: eth0 has 5 VIPs eth1 has 3 VIPs

The asmonitor Info shows duplicated items (equal to the number of VIPs on eth0):

# asmonitor -h 10.1.2.5

Hi Hanson,

This actually indicated a configuration problem with the server. In the network.service context of /etc/aerospike/aerospike.conf please add access-address setting it to the address that the server should advertise to the clients.

Asmonitor persists the hosts that it finds so afterwards you will need to clear the configs, you can do this with rm -rf ~/.asmonitor or IIRC you can specify a host with asmonitor -h which will ignore the remembered state and overwrite it when closing asmonitor.

Thanks kporter for the quick help. It does fix my problem.
