Aerospike just released a new client based on the HHVM Native Interface (HNI)! Read our developer blog post here.
Just as Facebook did, we intend to first implement the same API, with releases planned regularly through August 2015. We will then extend it with async capabilities similar to those of HHVM 3.6.0.
HHVM Client release 0.4 was released on July 6, 2015 and is available for download here. This release adds several new features and fixes:
- Added the scan() method, and related constants to the Aerospike class.
- Added the Aerospike\Bytes wrapper, and updated the doc regarding the handling of binary-strings that may contain the null-byte (\0). AER-3900
- Updated documentation and examples.
