Hi, I’m wondering if it is any general guidelines of how to choose the number of threads serving migration (migrate-threads) and a sleep period between records submit (migrate-sleep)?

There is no general guideline and we usually recommend running migrations with the default configurations. However, if you do need to speed or slow the default migrations, you can tune the configurations as necessary. Note that any changes to the configuration requires active monitoring of the cluster for any performance issues or any resources being over-utilized.
