The 3.3.8 release of the PHP client came out on January 28, 2015 and is available for download here. It fixes Issue 11.
PHP Client Release 3.3.9 was released on February 4, 2015. It fixes a memory leak in the increment() method and can be downloaded here. Its release notes are viewable here.
