I noticed in the most recent Aerospke server builds that the afterburner.sh script is no longer distributed. Is there a replacement script or documented procedure that we should be using to set OS parameters and tune Aerospike’s configuration?

The afterburner.sh script is deprecated and there is no replacement. You can do something similar to step 8 in this link: http://www.aerospike.com/docs/deploy_guides/aws/tune
However, you should adjust for you own use cases and environment. One size does not fit all. Virtual environment is very different from real hardware.
