I don’t find any metric about batch_read, and the read one doesn’t contain batch_reads. Thanks.
batch_initiate counter in the stats tell how many batch calls were issued. There are other batch_* stats that will give extra info. Refer to the metrics reference guide and search for “batch_”. Note that some of the stats are available only from 3.6.0
