Asadm or asinfo are not available

My server is Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS, python is 2.7.12, I found a error when I used asadm or asainfo command,

I actually have the email library！but Why can’t use this command…

It looks like pex dependency issue. We need to reproduce it. Can you please share following information?

  1. asadm version: asadm -V
  2. tools version: dpkg -l | grep aero
  3. pex version: pip freeze | grep pex
