Depends completely on what you want to achieve - you may be better off posting a general topic with your requirements for help and see who can spend a bit of time running through things with you

I just updated the aerospike.conf (given up the thread) to being compatible with server release 3.10.
For the new comers following @Crags code, note the changes as per the 3.10 Release:
Under heartbeat
Rename address to multicast-group
Change interface-address to address
address is optional as it can bind to any directives.
