In shadow device, if node goes down and comes up:
i) if I clean storage before node comes up, cold restart would be faster but no advantage of rapid rebalance so rebalancing would be slower
ii) if I don’t clean up storage before node comes up, cold restart would be slower but rebalancing might be faster due to “rapid rebalance” feature
Please if my understanding is correct. If yes then what are your guidelines to choose between slower cold restart or slower rebalancing ?
