Can we configure Fabric and Hearbeat on Diffrent NIC or do we need to configure on same NIC (Network Interface Card).

Assuming you are not using a pre-3.10 version, fabric and heartbeat can be configured on different NICs. Please see this KB post on Using multiple network cards for more info.
It is possible but inadvisable, I hope that KB article details to pitfalls of running HB and fabric on separate NICS. The gist is that your NIC running fabric could become unstable while the HB NIC is stable. Since the HB NIC is stable, it wouldn’t be able to detect the situation and will cause the node not to be evicted from the cluster.
