IRC channel topic should point to this site

I’m idling in the IRC channel (#aerospike at freenode IRC servers).

What happens quite often is people joining, asking a question, then leaving after a while because there are not enough active people in the channel that can help them.

I propose the channel topic is appended with something like: “for questions visit https://discuss.aerospike.com/”.
