Hi there,

Is it possible to know what versions were affected by the bugs described and whether you guys have a JIRA or any other issue tracker publicly accessible that the community can check along with the release notes?

Many thanks, Carlos.

Hi Carlos,

Batch-related node crashes were reported in versions 3.6.0, 3.6.1, 3.6.2 and 3.6.3. You can find all the JIRA ticket numbers we fix in the server release notes section of our website.

We are currently not making our issue tracker publicly accessible. What we do now is provide users with a JIRA ticket number they can track when they report a legitimate issue, so that they can check for the issue’s resolution in an upcoming release.
