Debian Bullseye has been out for a few months now, is there any plan to put out a package for the new Debian version?

Yes, definitely. Not sure about the ETA, but hopefully sooner rather than later.

Debian 11 support has been released in Aerospike 6.0.0.0.

Thanks, we have upgraded to the new release on bullseye and it is working as expected.
