Where is the AQL tool on RHEL?

Where is the AQL on RHEL? I installed the same package on Ubuntu and RHEL, but RHEL did not get the AQL tool. Where is it? Thanks.

Tools downloaded and installed from above link should have aql. Which version of RHEL ?
